Coffee is perishable and roasted to order, so we cannot accept coffee returns. However, if there has been an error in your order, you are not satisfied with your coffee, have questions about how to prepare it, or are concerned about quality, our Customer Experience team is here to help. Please contact us at tepanicoatepec@gmail.com within 30 days of your purchase.

All orders placed during the week until Thursday at 1PM (Mexico City time zone) will be roasted during the week and shipped Thursday of the current week. Orders placed after Thursday at 1PM will be roasted the following week and shipped Thursday of the following week.
