THE ROAST

IDENTIFY the IDEAL Roast

Roasting is the step in which the beans are given their final flavor, and in which their properties can be highlighted or ruined. Each lot of green coffee is different. This happens because the characteristics of the beans depend to a great extent on the farm, variety of plant, humidity, size, weight, process and storage time.

Due to the above, before roasting any of our lots, our roasting masters analyze the characteristics of our green coffee and make samples to define the roasting profile to be used, where variations in temperature and roasting time will be defined according to the use that our client will make of it.

ALWAYS FRESH COFFEE

Once roasted, we recommend consuming our beans within 3 months after the roasting date in order to appreciate their characteristics.

 

To guarantee the freshness of our beans, we roast every week according to our customers' demand.
